Making A Complaint:

Our Complaints Procedure:

On receiving your complaint, our Customer Service team will acknowledge your communication promptly, usually within 2-3 business days; however, if this is not possible, we will contact you with specific reasons within five business days. This acknowledgement will include a reference number for your complaint.

In liaison with the internal operations team, the customer services team will thoroughly investigate the issues raised in your complaint. This may involve reviewing relevant records, contacting involved parties, and assessing the circumstances surrounding the complaint.

Once the investigation is complete, a customer service operative will be able to provide you with a resolution or response. If the complaint is found to be valid, we will outline the steps we will take to address the issue. If the complaint is not substantiated, we will explain our findings and the reasons behind our decision.

If you are not satisfied with the initial resolution, you may request to escalate your complaint to a higher level within our organisation. Information on how to escalate your complaint will be provided in our initial response.
